Hoggard football keeps climbing higher.

The Vikings entered their Week 3 matchup with Clayton expecting a challenge from a Comets offense averaging more than 50 points per game.

Those expectations vanished quickly as Hoggard proved just how dominant its defense can be in 2025, racing past the Raleigh-area school 38-14 on Sept. 5 in Wilmington.
