Pointing and presenting a firearm at a person

Discharging a firearm into vehicle, aircraft, etc. while occupied

Possession of a weapon during violent crime

Domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature

Possession, threatened or attempted use of weapon of mass destruction for act of terrorism
