Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen knows he'll need his tight ends to be at their best this season in order to dethrone the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC.

One of those tight ends, Dalton Kincaid, is heading into his third year, and Allen believes he can take steps forward this season.

"Yeah, he's moving fantastic right now," Allen said on the " Fitz and Whit" podcast . "I trust him as a person, as a player. I think he's as talented as anybody out there. Last year he was banged up.
