Ex- Rutgers star Dylan Harper underwent thumb surgery Friday after suffering a partially torn ligament during a workout Wednesday, and is expected to miss training camp, a league source confirmed to NJ Advance Media.

“He’ll be all good,” the source said.

The “hope” is that Harper “will be ready for the season opener Oct. 22 in Dallas,” ESPN’s Shams Charania reported.

Harper, the 19-year-old former Don Bosco Prep star, also missed the California Classic in July due to a groin issue.

Harper played in two Las Vegas Summer Leagues games before being shut down for rest.
