ASHTABULA TOWNSHIP — For about a quarter, the Edgewood Warriors kept up with the high-powered Girard offense in a battle of two previously undefeated teams Friday night.

But the potent Girard duo of AJ Pearson and Sam Scott proved to be too much, as the Indians defeated Edgewood, 48-27, in a non-conference contest at Corlew Stadium.
