FAYETTEVILLE — Those at Harmon Field hoping to see offensive fireworks Friday night were instead treated to a thrilling, low-scoring slugfest.

And they got more than their money’s worth as Fayetteville (2-0) pulled out an 18-17 overtime victory against Broken Arrow. Bulldogs running back Kaleb Johnson’s two-point conversion run in the bottom of the first overtime was the difference.

Class 6AI No. 6 Broken Arrow falls to 1-1 and hosts Mustang next Friday.
