Young actors Cooper Hoffman and Andrew Barth Feldman bring the energy of their off-screen friendship to the one they play in “Poetic License.”

The feature directing debut of Maude Apatow, the film stars her real-life mother, Leslie Mann, as a woman caught up in the complicated friendship of two college students.
