Umbrella Project makes pitch to ImpactClub Frederick

When the Umbrella Project, a nonprofit based in Thurmont that organizes outdoor excursions for young adults who have experienced the loss of a close loved one, was selected to pitch for a major donation from ImpactClub Frederick, the nonprofit shared the news and their supporters showed up — and it mattered, said the Umbrella Project. Many wore their Umbrella Project T-shirts, creating a strong visual presence.
