A surfer was brutally killed by a shark at a popular beach during the terrifying attack.
Mercury Psillakis, 57, was pulled from the water by fellow surfers at Dee Why Beach in Sydney shortly after 10am local time on Saturday (0:00 GMT), according to reports. Emergency services were called to the scene following reports of " a man suffering critical injuries ", having lost a "number of limbs", said police statements.
