If anything is clear from the response from coaches for our annual preseason Delaware high school field hockey player rankings, it's that there is plenty of talent in the First State.

There are 22 players returning who have been named to at least one All-State team. In addition, there are nine freshman or eighth graders who made the list and plenty more who could make an impact this season.
