Lyndon Dykes has revealed he did hold talks about a late summer move to Hibs but is now determined to try and force his way back into the picture at Birmingham.
The Scotland striker was a loan target for Easter Road boss David Gray , who wanted to provide added competition for Martin Boyle, club record signing Thibault Klidjé and Dykes' new international teammate Kieron Bowie.
However, the transfer failed to materialise, despite the capital club's best efforts to get a deal over the line.
Dykes has been used sparingly as a substitute in the opening weeks of the season following Brum's return to the second tier in England, with manager Chris Davies splashing the cash to bring in Celtic hero Kyogo Furuhashi and Germany international Marvin Ducksch up top.
The 29-year-
