Don Bosco Prep quarterback Carson Schoen took a minute during the postgame festivities to reminisce on what the last week has been like for him.

Schoen’s last name is well known. His father, Joe, has a significant job as the general manager of the New York Giants. But Carson came into this season as an unknown commodity. Then out of nowhere last week he was thrust into the starting role for the Ironmen, one of New Jersey’s premier programs.
