CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Walsh Jesuit Warriors’ defense remains stellar as the Warriors defeated Clarkson Football North (Canada), 30-6, Friday night.

Walsh Jesuit, ranked third in this week’s cleveland.com Top 25, improves to 3-0. North falls to 1-1.

The Warriors got out to an early lead and never looked back, leading 30-0 at halftime.

Junior quarterback David Ternosky threw for three first-half touchdowns, two to senior receiver and Iowa State commit Milan Parris.

Parris added his own 69-yard touchdown pass to Kian McHough late in the first quarter to go along with his 83 first-half yards.

“We have been practicing that play all week,” said Parris. “I was ready when it came. I’m glad it was a good ball to Kian (McHough), his first varsity touchdown.”
