A Pennsylvania farmer died Monday in an accident involving a small loader he was operating.

The Berks County Coroner’s Office confirmed it responded to the scene on Mine Road in Richmond Township. Todd Kegerise, assistant deputy coroner, said a 78-year-old man had died. The victim’s name was not immediately available.
