Latest News: Lainey Wilson Nominated for Top CMA Awards

Country star Lainey Wilson is among the top 2025 CMA Awards nominees, earning an impressive six nominations to tie her with Megan Moroney and Ella Langley . Of those, the “Hang Tight Honey” singer will compete for some of the night’s top honors.

For the third year in a row, Wilson is up for Entertainer of the Year. The Grammy winner is once again the only female contender, competing against against Morgan Wallen , Chris Stapleton , Luke Combs , and Cody Johnson.

Wilson could also win her fourth trophy for Female Vocalist of the Year at the 59 th awards ceremony on November 19, where she will face off against Moroney, Langley, Miranda Lambert , and Kelsea Ballerini .
