A badly decomposed body has been found in a car belonging to the singer D4vd. Los Angeles police were called to an impound lot on N Mansfield Avenue after it was reported that there was a "foul odour coming from a vehicle", according to a police statement. Law enforcement sources told NBC News that the remains were not intact, and identification is going to be delayed due to the decomposition of the victim. Officers found the body in a bag in the boot of a Tesla at Hollywood Tow, NBC Los Angeles reported. The car had been impounded after a report from the public that it had been abandoned. Captain Robert Peters told the news station that the vehicle had been at the lot for a few days. Video shown by NBC showed yellow police tape surrounding the car. D4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, is currently on his Withered World Tour, and performed Tuesday night as scheduled at The Fillmore Minneapolis. A spokesperson for the singer said in a statement to NBC News that he "has been informed about what's happened, and although he is still out on tour, he is fully cooperating with the authorities".
