An elderly man has been charged after he allegedly touched several schoolgirls aged under 10 through a primary school fence in Sydney’s inner west earlier this month.
The 86-year-old was arrested at the intersection of Bridge Road and Ross Street in Forest Lodge, the location of Forest Lodge Public School, at 2pm on Tuesday.

Police will allege the man reached through the fence of a Forest Lodge primary school and inappropriately touched girls aged under 10 years old on Tuesday and Wednesday last week.
The man was charged with three counts of sexually touching a child under 10. He was initially refused bail, and is due to appear before court on Wednesday.
