ISLE OF PALMS, S.C. (WCBD) - City leaders are discussing ways to limit noise disruptions in the city by proposing an ordinance that would change the decibel limit at certain hours of the night.

Councilman John Bogosian says these restrictions are important for residents to enjoy peaceful nights. Excessive noise is something Isle of Palms residents and city leaders have been working to control. They're now putting together a plan that would reduce the threshold for how loud you can be at night.
