Firefighters knocked down a structure fire in a two-story 4-plex in Cimarron Hills on Tuesday evening, according to several posts on social media by the unincorporated community's fire department.

Crews originally responded to a nearby address after a report of a structure fire around 4 p.m. and an update followed stating, "nothing showing, investigating."

An additional post at 6:39 p.m. stated firefighters were battling the flames at 1023 Western Dr, which is near Peterson Road and the World Golf & Sand Creek Golf Course. An update on the post at 6:49 p.m. stated water had been put on the fire and it was knocked down.
