Jack Draper, who pulled out of the 2025 US Open in the second round due to discomfort in his arm, will not play again this season. Aiming to qualify for his first ATP Finals, Draper’s season-ending injury comes as a major blow. This comes after his team was confident that the Brit would complete the season after they scanned his arm right before the US Open.
Taking to X, the British No. 1 confirmed his season-ending injury. “ Unfortunately, the injury to my arm is something I have to rest and means I’ll be sitting out the rest of 2025. It is very difficult for me to accept, as I was building some incredible momentum this year and playing some great stuff,” a gutted Draper said in his statement. And while his season ends this year, the Briton is confident of a stronger comeback.
