ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – KRQE News 13 has received new video of one of the teens charged with allegedly killing a man to steal his car, and he's been behind high-profile crimes since he was 14.

A family member walked up to an officer asking about how to turn someone in. He was speaking on behalf of 19-year-old Jiovanny Rios. Rios is one of the teens accused of shooting and killing 37-year-old Christopher Sanchez. Police say Sanchez confronted them out
