White House struggles to explain away alleged note from Donald Trump to Jeffery Epstein

Donald Trump’s communications team and legion of loyal defenders have been back at work spinning the latest development in the Jeffrey Epstein case.

News broke late on Monday afternoon that members of the House Oversight Committee had received a batch of files from the estate of Epstein, who died in federal custody in 2019.
