Two of the three people accused of fatally stabbing a man in George Town were in shock, upset and crying after the fight, a witness told a Supreme Court jury.

It comes as the murder trial of Luke Anthony Shaw, 33, Paul William Shaw, 35, and Patrick Kenneth Dolbey, 40 , entered its second day on Wednesday, September 10.

Dolbey and brothers Luke and Paul Shaw have all pleaded not guilty in the Supreme Court of Tasmania to the murder of George Town man David Wayne Jenkins on October 22, 2022.

The Crown called on eight witnesses to testify in court on Wednesday, including five Tasmania Police officers, and friends of the victim and the three co-accused.
