SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - It’s a cool start to our Wednesday morning with temperatures in the lower 60s for many of our inland communities!
A few areas are even in the upper 50s this morning, grab a jacket before heading out! We’ll remain quiet today with temperatures climbing to the upper 70s by lunchtime, followed by highs in the mid 80s.
The wind will be from the north again, bringing in a chance for rip currents along the coast. We’ll quickly drop into the 70s at sunset with lows in the 60s again overnight.
Our tides remain elevated, but we are not expecting a big impact from them. This morning’s high tide should reach about 9.5′ around 10:30 at the Fort Pulaski gauge, which is about the same as the last few high tides. This should be the highest tide for the rest of the week with no i
