Stacey Solomon has opened up about her health worries, revealing fears that she might be going through early menopause.

The 35-year-old TV favourite shared her concerns on the latest episode of Stacey & Joe, the couple’s new family reality series, which aired on Tuesday.

Speaking to her sister Jemma, Stacey confessed she’s been struggling with low tolerance levels and constant tiredness despite a full night’s sleep – as well as self-diagnosing herself as a full-time hypochondriac.
