The two bartenders who sued Lisa Vanderpump and her husband, Ken Todd, hashed out a deal to end their legal battle, Us Weekly can report.
On September 5, Vanderpump’s former employees Dax Hill and Peter Hodge informed the court of the settlement. They said they will file court docs to officially dismiss the case within 45 days.
Hill and Hodge filed their complaint in January 2024, accusing Vanderpump, Todd and their company Pinky Beverly Hills of blacklisting, defamation, wrongful termination, retaliation, failure to prevent harassment and various other claims.
Vanderpump, 64, and Todd, 80, co-own TomTom with Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz. Sandoval, 43, and Schwartz, 42, were not involved in the lawsuit.
Hill and Hodge worked as bartenders at TomTom between May 2022 and December 2022.
