Travis O’Hara scored the match winner in the 88th minute as Clark College men’s soccer beat Centralia 2-1 Saturday to remain unbeaten on the season.
It was the first collegiate goal for the freshman from Camas High School.
Isaiah Bunda, a redshirt sophomore defender from Union High School, scored his first goal of the season in the 35th minute. Centralia tied the match just three minutes later.
Clark (1-0-2) opened last week with a scoreless draw against Pierce College on the road. The Penguins outshot Pierce 21-0 but couldn’t find the back of the net.
This week: The Penguins have a pair of matches at home, starting Wednesday at 2 p.m. against South Puget Sound. Clark then hosts Tacoma at noon Saturday.
