The final round of the RACE Moto and FIM MiniGP season took place at Shannonville Motorsport Park this past weekend.
For the FIM MiniGp racers, this round would determine who goes to Spain in November to represent Canada. FIM regulations required three races on Saturday. In each case it was a dual between 12 year old Jager Stockil from Ottawa and 10 year old Ethan Reardon from Calgary. A blanket would have covered both racers in each event. After numerous lead changes Reardon won races one and three while Stockil was victorious in race two. 10 year old Martina Cardenas from Vancouver got the better of 14 year old Stefan Tanasic in a heated battle for third in each race.
