BROOKSVILLE, Fla. - Hernando County Sheriff Al Nienhuis is giving details on Wednesday about a "significant vice and narcotics operation" leading to 22 arrests.

The sheriff's office says the suspects face various drug charges, including trafficking and Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) charges.

Nienhuis plans to speak about the investigation at a news conference scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday.
