The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star will be the new lead for season 22 of The Bachelorette .

While the news is official, Taylor admitted it still doesn’t feel real .

"It's not gonna be until I think the limo’s pulling up and I’ll be meeting the people," she said on the Sept. 10 episode of Alex Cooper ’s podcast Call Her Daddy . "So [I feel] nervous. How did I get here? In my head, I’m like, ‘How is this happening?'"

In fact, Taylor is the first Bachelorette to not come from the Bachelor franchise. And while she’s seen the series, she noted she doesn’t typically watch these kinds of shows.
