BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — An investigation by the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office into three different obscenity complaints led to the arrest of a Baton Rouge man.
Justin Smith, 32, was charged with one count each of stalking, indecent behavior with juveniles, and obscenity.
EBRSO looked into incidents at the same fitness center on three different days. The fitness center was located in the 19000 block of Highland Road and the reported incidents took place this year on April 14, May 1, and Aug. 15.
The sheriff's office said they spoke with a fitness center employee about the first incident. The woman stated that as she was leaving work, a man exposed his genitals to her. She said Smith was parked next to her in an SUV and the driver's side window was down.
