NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A woman is now facing multiple charges following a yearlong investigation into a man’s boating death in September 2024.

The incident occurred on September 12, 2024, when the Metro Nashville Police Department, the Nashville Fire Department, and the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency responded to a drowning at Percy Priest Lake.

Officers and rescue personnel arrived at the water’s edge near Elm Hill Marina just after midnight.
