A 15-year-old boy who has been missing from northern Dauphin County since Monday evening could be confused and at risk of harm, police said.

William Peters was last seen around 8:30 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of Myo Park Road in Upper Paxton Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police. The road borders the Wiconisco Creek, which connects to the Susquehanna River.

Peters was wearing a blue coat, gray pants, black shoes and carrying a black backpack.

He is about 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 115 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. Police said he has high-functioning autism.
