LANCASTER, Wis. (WMTV) - Grant County officials found a 77-year-old man dead Monday after he was stuck under a piece of farming equipment in Lancaster.

The Grant County Sheriff’s Office said the man, identified as Robert Stader, was working with another man on the piece of farm machinery around 1:45 p.m. Monday along the 8500 block of Boice Creek Road.

Stader got caught in moving parts of the machine and died of the injuries he suffered, the Grant County Sheriff’s Office explained.

Lancaster Fire Department and Lancaster EMS responded, and said the Lancaster man was found dead.
