Buellton will welcome 250 cyclists on Thursday, as part of the Arthritis Foundation’s 25th California Coast Classic Bike Tour, a 525-mile, eight-day ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles, sponsored by Amgen.

After a 66-mile trek from Oceano through wine country, riders will roll into Flying Flags RV Resort & Campground for local wine tastings and a celebratory dinner between 12:30 and 3:30 p.m., followed by a social hour and dinner event, from 4-6 p.m. and a program that kicks off at 6 p.m.

Riders will depart for Ventura on Friday morning.
