I've been writing letters and articles for numerous newspapers and magazines for over 50 years now. I am not a Republican but my views are conservative. And while I have often been very critical of Democrats my statements are not vulgar or personal.

For one thing, they would never have been printed if they had crossed that line. But the left has a problem with free speech and the First Amendment.

Through the years I have gotten a lot of hate mail from those who disagree with me. The other day I received a letter in response (apparently) to a letter I had printed in some publication (I don't know which one as I write to quite a few).
