It was a short break between seasons for the Barons after winning the Clarence Schmalz Cup on May 10 in a four-game series sweep of the Essex 73’s. Hanover returned to the ice in August and started the 2025-26 exhibition season on Aug. 24 to prepare for the regular season opener in Walkerton. Article content Article content
The Barons are also on the road on Sept. 14 as they travel to Kincardine to battle the Bulldogs at 4 p.m.
Hanover will make their 2025-26 regular season home ice debut on Sept. 19 at 8 p.m. when they welcome the Wingham Ironmen.
