LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) — A pair of second-half goals helped UNLV men’s soccer storm back from a first-half deficit en route to a 2-1 victory over CSU Bakersfield Tuesday night at Peter Johann Memorial Field.

The Rebels (2-2-1) received an equalizer in the 68th minute via junior midfielder Andres Robles’ finish assisted by Joaquin Eisenberg to erase the CSUB (0-6-0) lead from its 27th-minute goal. Just a couple of moments later, senior midfielder Jonah Craig hammered in the game-winning goal on a successful penalty kick earned by junior forward Bryce Allred in the 70th minute.

On the defensive end, junior goalkeeper Hugo Lemos and the Scarlet & Gray backline clamped down in the second half to deter the Roadrunners’ final seven shots. They limited
