ORCHARD PARK - When the Buffalo Bills walked off the Highmark Stadium field Sunday night, it seemed like they came out of their bruising battle with the Baltimore Ravens injury-free.

However, coach Sean McDermott revealed Wednesday that wasn’t necessarily the case, and one of the injuries could impact a defense that certainly can’t afford to be missing anyone given the performance it put forth in defeating the Ravens while giving up 40 points.

Nickel cornerback Taron Johnson suffered a quad injury that McDermott said flared up after the game and he sat out Wednesday’s practice. So did backup linebacker/special teamer Shaq Thompson who aggravated the hamstring that forced him to miss most of training camp.
