Jimmy Kimmel is speaking out following the shooting death of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.
“Instead of the angry finger-pointing, can we just for one day agree that it is horrible and monstrous to shoot another human?” Kimmel wrote on Instagram. “On behalf of my family, we send love to the Kirks and to all the children, parents and innocents who fall victim to senseless gun violence.”
Kirk was fatally shot Wednesday during a rally he was hosting at Utah State University in Orem, Utah. He was the co-founder of Turning Point USA, a nonprofit political advocacy group that backed Donald Trump during the 2024 presidential election.
