JOHNSTOWN, Pa. – The Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association and the family of Bishop McCort Catholic High School student-athlete Dominick Chippie reached a settlement Wednesday, making Chippie eligible to play football, according to attorney Art McQuillan.
“Today a settlement was reached with the PIAA, and full athletic eligibility was granted to Bishop McCort student-athlete Dominick Chippie,” a statement provided by McQuillan and attorney Ronald Carnevali said. ×
