LITTLE ROCK, Ark — The Little Rock School District (LRSD) has introduced a new set of gameday guidelines after recent conflicts at sporting events involving district schools.
Included in the changes are requirements for LRSD students to present a school ID card and visiting students to have an adult with them who is at least 21 years of age.
“These were incidents that happened on last week at a few of our games,” Timothy Turner, Athletic Director for the LRSD, said. “Again, this is just, we need more adult supervision.”
In addition, no fans will be admitted after halftime, and ticket sales will end at 4 p.m. on the day of the game.
