Veteran receiver Eugene Lewis, who scored the last-minute, game-winning touchdown when the Redblacks rallied to beat the Lions at TD Place last week, shared a personal wish for the rematch.

“I hope Garry Peters plays,” Lewis said of the 33-year-old Lions cornerback who watched last Friday’s game from the sidelines because of a knee injury. “That’s going to get me going the whole game. I want him to play.”

Lewis wants Peters to play so he can shut his mouth.
