A $461,956 contract to install utilities at Triangle Sports Area was recommended to be given to Advance Construction Inc.
The contract is a stripped-back version of an unsuccessful bid that had been too expensive for the city.
The utility lines should be completed by Nov. 14, in time to make snow at Triangle Hill in early December.
