GREENSBORO, N.C. — A 27-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a 67-year-old man in Greensboro in March 2024.

According to the Greensboro Police Department, Larry Armond Crippen has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of James Willis Chesnutt Jr., who was shot and killed at an apartment on O'Connor Street in Greensboro on March 2, 2024.

Crippen was also charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a stolen vehicle. He is being held without bond at the Guilford County Jail.
