WARREN The Warren City Council has named its representative to the joint economic development district for the Kimberly Clark project.
Michael O'Brien, Warren City Councilman at Large, spoke to 21 News about the appointment of Michael Keys. Keys will represent the City of Warren to the joint economic development district for the Kimberly Clark project.
"This particular message, our messenger will be to represent the city as far as income tax for the employees are concerned, and the construction workers that are working on that job," said O'Brien.
Keys will serve in the role for a year.
The Kimberly Clark plant is estimated to create nearly 500 full-time jobs.
