CONNEAUT — The Conneaut Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting for Charlie’s New Beginning late Wednesday afternoon.

The restaurant is open 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and it is located at 182 Park Ave.
