SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena will be renamed to "Numerica Veterans Arena" starting this fall, according to the Spokane Public Facilities District (SPFD).

SPFD says there is a 10-year naming partnership between them and Numerica Credit Union. This partnership includes a $1 million commitment to support local veterans, active-duty military members and their families.

CEO of SPFD Stephanie Curran says the partnership will help the community in many ways.
