Clipse celebrated the final date of its "Let God Sort Em Out" tour Wednesday inside the Masonic Temple's Jack White Theatre by playing new hits and old favorites, while proudly staking their claim on the year in music.

"'Let God Sort Em Out': Album of the muthaf-----' year. Easy!" said Pusha T, one half of the reunited Virginia rap duo, repeating "easy" three more times for emphasis.

The Grammys may not recognize the album as such — although there's still a chance for the voting body to get it right — but many listeners are seeing the album for the masterwork it is. And the packed crowd inside the roughly 1,600-capacity theater warmly received the pair, who were playing their first Detroit concert in 15 years.
