The Detroit Lions can't afford to slip up again in Week 2 after a tough loss to the Green Bay Packers .
They got some bad news for their cause on Wednesday with their initial injury report.
Their Pro Bowl left tackle, Taylor Decker, did not participate in Wednesday's practice due to a shoulder injury.
